Purchase of these assessments adds inventory to your online assessment console. They require an administrator to assign and monitor completion. This option allows the administrator to decide if users will see their results immediately. If not, the administrator will need to print the results reports.

As Others See Me
A 2-page companion product to the As I See Myself profile. It is designed to be completed by someone you select to provide feedback on the Behavior Style that individual perceives in you.
Self-administered
After making a purchase with this option, you will log on to either take the assessment or, if you purchased more than one, request links you can send to other people. Once completed, the report will be immediately available to download for whoever has taken it. This version does not add inventory to your console (it goes into a special console for all self-administered assessments), so you will not be able to review or access completed assessments.

Teams That Work Assessments
ONLINE
The Teams That Work and Teams That Work Plus assessments measure the six characteristics of a high-performing team. Through a discovery process, the team develops an action plan to build more effective collaboration. After the action plan has been fully implemented, the team takes a post assessment to measure improvement.

This is a 30-question pre- and post-assessment for a team between 3 and 25 members.
