Use this online assessment to evaluate a team's performance in the Six Characteristics of High-performing Teams. A thorough Leader’s Guide walks you – or any leader – through the delivery process.  A detailed Team Report provides the structure for the team to discuss what’s working, what needs some emphasis, and a team Plan of Action.

Teams That Work is a half-day program that does not require certification to deliver.
