Beauty of Styles is used in the first module of all People Skills programs and provides information about each Behavior Style’s main focus, greatest strength and driving need as well as the best way to use your time when working with them. Tension-Reaction, used in the second half of the two-day program and the fourth module of the People Skills Series, provides information about how each Behavior Style reacts in tension.
