NOTE: The price of this service is IN ADDITION to the purchase of the assessments and any console admin fees you may have included. (It can be purchased separately if you already have enough inventory.) It assumes the assessments have been taken and you have downloaded a PDF of each report.
To use this service, you will need to send the report PDFs to shipping@effectivenessinstitute.com in time to accommodate the shipping method you choose during checkout. When choosing your shipping method, please add 2 full working days to allow for printing. (For example, if you make this purchase on Monday and need the reports by EOD Friday, you will need to choose at least 2-day air if you are not in the Seattle area.)
If you wish us to administer the assessments and download reports for you, you must also choose this product for the Behavior Style Self, or this product for the Find YourSelf.
