The People Skills Series provides all the knowledge and skills required to effectively apply the Behavior Style model in the workplace — broken down into 4 four half-day workshops. This includes awareness of your Style, how the impact of your behavior may be different from your intent, how to “read” and respond to the Styles of others and recognizing tension-reaction (stress related) behavior.

1 – Behavior Style 360 assessment (includes a Self and 360 report) or 1 As Others See Me and 3 As Others See Me paper assessments
