Managing for Performance is a two-day program that provides the awareness and skills that are critical for managers who are responsible for maintaining and developing high-performing teams and individual team members.
Participants use their own scenarios to gain the knowledge and practice the skills essential to effectively manage the performance of others. They identify and apply best practices involved in retaining and motivating employees, including coaching, communicating clearly, managing difficult conversations, setting expectations, creating accountability, delegating, managing change and building an effective team.
