If you have existing inventory that needs to be moved to the new platform, let us know when you have set up your account (and the email address it’s under) and we’ll move the inventory for you.
Some things you should know:
When you make your first purchase of or containing online assessments after August 1, an account will be set up for you on the new platform and you will receive an email with a link to activate your account and set your password. The email subject is “Activate your Effectiveness Institute account”. It should come within 5 minutes. Be sure to check you Junk/spam folder!
You will log in to the new platform with the email address you used to make your store purchase and the password you set using the activation link.
Inventory and results on our old platform did not transition to the new one.
You must choose whether you want users to print their results or if an admin will print the reports. They are now two separate assessments. If you are having us set up your account, please let us know your preference, as we need to grant access to the version you choose (you can choose to have access to both).

Each person on the team must have the same value in the Personal ID (for example, “Operations Team-July”. It must be less than 256 characters and it’s best to avoid special characters (&, # etc.)
