This version adds inventory to your online console. You have two ways to distribute your inventory:
- If you purchase inventory in bulk, an administrator needs to assign and monitor completion. This option allows the administrator to decide if users will see their results immediately. If not, the administrator will need to print the results reports.
- If you only purchase enough inventory for individual sessions and you want users to see their results immediately, you can share with each user the link provided after you complete your purchase.
Behavior Style Self
Our flagship online assessment with 44 forced-choice questions. The results report will show your Primary and Secondary Behavior Styles, your Behavior Choice and an Energy Graph.
Find YourSelf
An online version of our original paper assessment with 24 forced-choice questions. The resulting report reveals their Primary and Secondary Behavior Styles.

This online assessment features everything in the Behavior Style Self, plus gives you the opportunity to invite others to give you feedback on how they see you.
Behavior Style 360 upgrade
Adds the observer feedback component to an already existing Behavior Style Self. Feedback is not anonymous.

Paper copies of these assessments will be mailed to you.
As I See Myself
The original paper assessment with 24 forced-choice questions. Users will make their choices and fill out a graph that reveals their Primary and Secondary Behavior Styles.
As Others See Me
A 2-page companion product to the As I See Myself profile. It is completed by someone you select to provide feedback on the Behavior Style they perceive in you.
Self-administered
After making a purchase with this option, you will go to a page where you immediately take the assessment and download your results.

Teams That Work Assessments
ONLINE
The Teams That Work and Teams That Work Plus assessments measure the six characteristics of a high-performing team. Through a discovery process, the team develops an action plan to build more effective collaboration. After the action plan has been fully implemented, the team takes a post assessment to measure improvement.
Teams That Work
This is a 30-question pre- and post-assessment for a team between 3 and 25 members.

Pre and post team assessments with 30 questions about the team and 6 questions about the leader.
