With 2025 wrapped up and the start of the New Year upon us, we look forward to supporting your training initiatives in 2026. To that end, we have a few big announcements for 2026 we are excited to share with you!
It’s been many, many years since we’ve made any major changes to our Behavior Style model. Our current model will still be available, but coming soon a new model will be launching. New titles, language, design – all this and more will be announced in the weeks ahead. We’ll be in touch!
We’re also going to be refreshing our website and the look of our materials. Besides the Behavior Style changes we mentioned above, these changes include an updated Navigating Conflict program with a new design and some content improvements.
Also, based on customer requests, we’re rolling out new certifications focused on learning and understanding Behavior Styles content. For those of you already certified, you know there’s much more to Behavior Styles than just four patterns of behavior. Offering these certification options will make it easier for people to fold our assessments and content into their desired curriculum when and how they see fit. More to come!
Finally, on February 1st, we’ll be making a modest price increase for our assessments. This will result in a slight increase in the price of program packages.
