The Teams That Work Plus+ assessment measures the six characteristics of a high-performing team and reveals the leader’s impact on team performance. Through a discovery process, the team and leader develop action plans to improve performance. After the action plan has been fully implemented, the team and leader take a post assessment to measure improvement (NOTE: You will need to contact us when you are ready to distribute your post assessment). This product does require certification to facilitate.
Teams That Work Plus includes:
- 2 Teams That Work assessments (1 for the initial engagement and 1 post assessment to measure improvement)
- A separate assessment for the Leader to contrast their answers with the team average
- PowerPoint (with embedded video of the Teams That Work model)
- License to print 25 Participant Workbooks
- License to print 1 Leader Workbook for the facilitator to use with the team leader prior to the full team debrief.
