Sharon specializes in talent development processes and programs that help clients in areas such as leadership development, influencing, emotional intelligence, leading change, communicating effectively, delegation, conflict management, unconscious bias, strategy execution and performance management. The programs that Sharon designs, develops, and facilitates virtually and in person provide individuals and organizations with the competitive edge necessary to compete in today’s challenging work environment.
Sharon has had the privilege of working with national and international organizations in the public, private and non-profit sector in a variety of industries including: biotech, financial, chemical manufacturing, distribution services, accounting, waste management, security services, pharmaceutical manufacturing, higher education, food services and agriculture. Her audiences have ranged from managers to senior level executives and managing partners.
Prior to founding Brandywine River Consulting, Sharon held senior positions in Organization Development and Human Resources and taught as an adjunct professor in the School of Business at Widener University. Sharon has been a certified Executive Coach for over 15 years.
