Robert is Principal and co-founder of Business Visions Group (Est. 2008.) He uses his talents and experience in individual and organizational development to help leaders, managers, teams, and non-profit Boards increase engagement by identifying their core strengths and applying them to their aspirations and strategic goals. Prior to owning his consulting and coaching practice, Robert worked at Merrill Lynch for 10 years in a variety of leadership and management development capacities, including manager of North America Sales Support training and Director of Global Leadership Development supporting General Counsel, Finance, HR, Treasury, Corp. Audit, and Operations. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.Div.
With 20+ years developing international corporate leaders and teams, Robert has a reputation for exceptional facilitation and coaching skills. He is thoughtful, dynamic, and motivational, with a passion for personal excellence and relationship management. Robert works closely with leadership and management teams to help create awareness by challenging assumptions and questioning status quo in order to enable a healthy organizational culture and deepen employee engagement.
