This quick reference card is designed to help people remember and apply the key elements of the Behavior Style model in real conversations, coaching situations, and everyday workplace interactions.
In this short video, I walk through the updated version and highlight what has changed.
The goal of these improvements is simple: make the card easier to use and more helpful when you want to quickly recall key tips about reading and responding to Behavior Styles.
