We are excited to announce a new partnership with Reality Break Escape that combines an enlightening escape experience with a Behavior Style Assessment.
Enhance collaboration, improve communication and watch individuals discover their strengths and how they rely on each other (or not) as they work together to unravel the mystery and solve an exciting escape game! With a Behavior Style assessment, team members first understand their own styles and preferences, then see how everyone’s Styles play out in real-time during the game.
Learning Outcomes:
- Discover your own Behavior Style as well as the four distinct patterns.
- Recognize how others differ from you in key areas such as: decision making, communication, the need for accuracy, and working environment.
- Gain awareness of your teams’ dynamics, strengths and blind spots, as you observe styles in action and problem solving through game play.
- Build awareness of the importance of modifying behavior to adapt and develop positive influence and trust with team members, colleagues and customers
