In 2000, when I was a new manager, my company sent me to Seattle to attend The Effectiveness Institute’s Behavioral Style class. It was a two day session that taught me an incredible amount. Twenty-five years later, I still use the lessons I learned there, and they continue to be invaluable in both my personal and professional life.
