We’re excited to share that our Navigating Conflict program has been fully refreshed and updated! The new version includes expanded content, a more seamless learning flow, and an updated visual design.
These updates couldn’t be more timely. Recent research shows that 85% of employees experience workplace conflict, 76% tend to avoid it, and 57% have never received formal conflict training. Our program offers a full day of practical skill-building (with half-day and virtual options available) to help participants navigate conflict more effectively. Training remains the strongest predictors of high-quality conflict outcomes—and we’re committed to equipping people with the tools they need.
Here’s a glimpse of a few of the content enhancements:
- Situational variables that influence conflict responses are now integrated into the framework.
- The conflict inventory has been expanded to include the freeze response.
- A new section addresses especially challenging behaviors and how to work through them productively.
