The One-Day People Skills program contains all the information covered in the first day of the two-day People Skills program. It gives participants a full foundational level of knowledge about the Behavior Style model and the impact different Styles can have in the work environment. If desired, the one-day program can be followed up at a later date with People Skills Series 3 and 4.
This package includes:
