People Skills 1: Understanding Behavior Styles

Understanding your behavior style as well as the patterns of four distinct behavior styles will build a foundation to become more effective in working with other people. 

During this workshop participants will discover why some people are more “difficult” to work with than others.  Recognizing and understanding style differences that make people seem “difficult” is one of the keys to improving workplace productivity.

  • Learn the difference between behavior and personality, and how we can change situationally
  • Learn your own behavior style preferences
  • Learn the strengths and blindspots of each behavior style
  • Understand how two dimensions of behavior, results and emotions, determine how we give and get energy at work
