Leadership Coaching
A one-to-one results-focused approach
Building tomorrow's leaders and executives is a key focus for many organizations as they look at succession planning and long term sustainable success. We take a customized approach with our leadership coaching service, focusing on the needs of each client. We begin with an assessment process, and then customize the coaching sessions. We draw from over 25 years of curriculum and expertise in the areas of communication, team development, performance management, ethics, change implementation and management and leadership and interpersonal skills. The process takes place over a period of six weeks or longer, and is designed to achieve true behavior change, and sustained results.
Team Interventions
Moving a team forward
There are six characteristics that are essential to every great team. When one or more of these chacteristics is missing, there is a gap to high performance. Our team intervention process is designed to assess these characteristics within a team and understand what is holding back the team from achieving breakthrough performance. In many cases, it is a lack of skill or ability to address conflict. We then put together a session to address the gaps and build upon the strengths. The session is facilitated by an Effectiveness Institute consultant in a way that enables the team to have discussions and address issues they have not previously addressed with success. The road is paved for the team to achieve breakthrough, high performance.
